Endless Fun.
Essential Skills. Empowered Kids.

Arrowhead Skills is here to beat boredom, get kids off screens and connecting socially with their peers whilst having tonnes of fun!

We built Arrowhead Skills through a passion for future-proofing the next generation with those essential skills needed in a technology-dominated world. We love technology, but we also love the human connections we get from being part of something together, in person. Whether that be from crossing the Atlantic in a rowing boat, cycling the length of the UK, starting businesses, to getting up in front of people and presenting. Life is full of mental and physical challenges, big and small and we shouldn't be afraid to embrace these and what better time to do that, than when we're young.

Core Development Areas

Confidence

The foundation of expression and leadership. We help children find their voice and embrace challenges.

Creativity

Encouraging imagination and lateral thinking through play, art, and performance.

Resilience

Teaching kids to bounce back from setbacks and face uncertainty with courage.

Collaboration

Teamwork, empathy, and active listening — learning to thrive together.

Leadership

Developing initiative, responsibility, and vision in every child.

Empathy

Understanding others’ feelings and perspectives through shared experiences.

How We Build These Skills

Whether in our holiday camps or school-based programmes, every Arrowhead Skills activity is designed to strengthen these essential skills. From building towers and performing skits to problem-solving challenges — learning happens through fun, teamwork, and reflection.

Bond

We spend time getting to know the kids personalities, strengths and areas for improvement.

Challenge

We don't shy away from encouraging the kids to try things that they might be scared to do, but in a safe and supported way.

Reflect

We promote reflection and feedback with each other. Learning from those around us role modelling those positive behaviours and skills.

Grow

We all grow together and at our own speeds. Whether that is over 1 camp or many camps, we love to see the progression.
