Taylor's International School Holiday Camps

Camps are for students in Years 1 to 8, with children grouped by age.

Camp starts at 0900, but drop-off is available from 0830. Pick-up is between 1445 and 1500. See the example timetable on the website and check your emails (junk mail) and WhatsApp for updates.

Attendance at a camp at a school your child does not normally attend may be possible but is subject to the school’s policy and incurs a small additional charge. Please check with the school or contact us.

All camps are conducted in English. A proficient level is required, though we aim to have multilingual staff available to support different nationalities.

We do not provide the full programme in advance. Camps are tailored to student numbers, age groups, and returners. See the website for an example timetable and activities based on our four pathways: Move, Create, Build, and Perform.

Class sizes are 15–20 students with at least 2 adult instructors per class. Additional staff handle logistics so instructors can focus on activities and students.

Arrowhead Skills provides all materials, two meals per day, and a camp goody bag including a sports t-shirt. If anything else is required, Arrowhead Skills will notify you in advance.

If the school has a pool, it will be used during camp. Non-swimmers can participate from the poolside or receive support in the water from trained staff. A lifeguard is always on duty.

Students attending multiple weeks will experience different activities each time, but all camps maintain the four core pathways as a foundation in our multi-activity camps, whilst our multi-sport camps will offer different sporting activities each time.

We work with the school caterer to provide two healthy meals each day, one in the morning (snack) and one at lunchtime. Students are encouraged to drink water regularly, and juice is provided with meals. Dietary requirements and allergies should be submitted at sign-up, and we coordinate with the catering team to accommodate them.

Prior to the commencement of the camp, Arrowhead Skills will collect all necessary information from parents or guardians to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Please provide any treatment plans or additional medical notes via email to the Arrowhead Skills team as needed.

A nurse is present at every camp, and robust procedures are in place for any medical emergency. All necessary medical and dietary information must be submitted accurately before camp so we can contact you if necessary.

Each child should bring a hat, sunscreen, water bottle, and any requested form of ID. If the school has a pool, swimming is usually twice a week and you will be notified on which days you need to bring swimming costumes, goggles, towel, and anything else your child needs for swimming. Please do not bring valuables such as iPads or other devices.

We provide a dedicated WhatsApp number and email, monitored by the camp director, for all camp communications.

Early bird specials or other discounts are communicated via the school, or directly from us via our website, social media or whatsApp channels.

No refunds are offered within two weeks of the camp start or once it has begun. Paid places can be deferred to a future camp.
